FAQ's

Are you able to bring your examination centre you our workplace?

Yes, we can relocate our C&G examination centres, although we do need to seek approval from C&G which can take a few weeks. Please contact us for further details.

Do I need my 17 th edition to take the course and exam?

No because the qualification is new and not an update you require no prior qualifications before taking the exam.

Does the cost of £165 + VAT include the regs book?

No unfortunately not. The regs book needs to be purchased separately. You will need this throughout the training and in your examination.

How is the exam taken?

It’s a 60 question multiple choice examination, there are 4 possible answers and you have 120 minutes to complete the examination. The pass mark is 60%.

How long is the online training?

The guided learning hours set by C&G is 35 which includes the learning material and home study.

Is the 18th Edition online training an update course?

No the course is designed to taken prior to taking the 18 th edition. The C&G 2382-18 is a qualification in its own right.

What happens if I fail?

We have a 90% pass rate with tutors available throughout your training. If you unfortunately fail we offer a second chance rate of £85.00 + VAT.
